Project Background
For district departments, towns, and communities: urban data on people, land, events, objects, and organizations is fragmented; spatial layers are inconsistent; event reporting is siloed; disposal processes lack closed-loop management; and there is no unified capability for comprehensive situational analysis.
Solution
Leverage APCOS, the AIoT smart operating system for all things, as the city's digital foundation to build a comprehensive management platform integrating spatial data aggregation, multi-source data governance, closed-loop incident handling, resource scheduling supervision, and situational analysis.
Implementation Results
Support the construction of Digital Chongqing, enhance refined governance across urban and rural areas in Tongnan District, and enable cross-departmental data collaboration, sharing, and unified situational analysis across the region.
